- Emails and calls to the office WILL NOT be seen the day of the event. You must call the dispatch line for assistance.
- The cyclist needing assistance should call dispatch, if possible, to describe an accurate location. If your phone dies, please try to go to the nearest rest stop or borrow a fellow cyclist’s phone to call. If you are riding with a partner or group, please stay together in case of an emergency.
